Policies and Terms

The Customer agrees to be responsible for all damage to or loss of the Machine, however caused, while the Machine is in the possession of the Customer. This includes any damage due to failure to follow instructions for cleaning and proper product mixing and any damage resulting from mishandling of the Machine. The Customer will be responsible for the full cost of repairing the Machine and/or for replacing any broken or lost parts; including bowls, gaskets, handle parts and covers. Time to Chill is not responsible for Customers who choose to serve the dispensed alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21.

Customer understands that failure to return the Machine by the above-specified date and time will result in an additional late charge of $100 per day.

Payments

We accept Cash or Personal Checks
50% deposit to hold machine for your date. Remaining balance to be paid upon delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Customer will receive a full refund if cancellation occurs five (5) days or more prior to rental date. If cancellation occurs within five (5) days of rental date, customer forfeits deposit.

Rescheduling due to a rain out

Rain out dates must be rescheduled within forty-five (45) days from the original rental date. Not rescheduling within the forty-five (45) days, customer forfeits deposit.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Each machine pulls 12 AMPS and needs a 15 AMP breaker minimum.
2. Machine must remain upright at all times; laying machine on its side will result in damage to the compressor.
3. It is recommended that the Customer use certified Swirled Ice Frozen Beverage Mixes in the machine. Product used in the Machine MUST have at least 18% sugar content to freeze properly and to avoid breakage of the scraper blade and damage to the motors.
4. NO DIET DRINKS may used in the machine. Will cause damage to the spiral blade and strip the gears of the motor.
