What is the machine's freeze time?

You need about 1 ½ hours to freeze the drinks when the machine is used inside.

You need about 2 hours if the machine is outside in warm weather. We do not recommend placing the machine in direct sunlight when using. It could affect the consistency of the drinks as well as the freeze time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Customer will receive a full refund if cancellation occurs five (5) days or more prior to rental date.

If cancellation occurs within five (5) days of rental date, customer forfeits deposit.

What about if the cancellation is due to an outdoor party being cancelled due to inclement weather?

Rain out dates must be rescheduled within forty-five (45) days from the original rental date. Not rescheduling within the forty-five (45) days, customer forfeits deposit.

Does Time to Chill require a deposit?

50% deposit to hold machine for your date.

When is the remaining balance paid?

The remaining balance to be paid upon delivery.

What form of payment does Time to Chill accept?

We accept Cash or Personal Checks

Can diet sodas be used in the machines?

NO, diet drinks may NOT be used in the machine. This will cause damage to the spiral blade and strip the gears of the motor.

How many AMPS does the machine pull?

Each Machine Pulls 12 AMPS and Needs a 15 AMP Breaker Minimum

What kind of mixes can be used in the machine?

It is recommended that the Customer use certified Swirled Ice Frozen Beverage Mixes in the Machine. Product used in the Machine MUST Have at Least 18% Sugar Content to Freeze Properly and to Avoid Breakage of the Scraper Blade and Damage to the Motors.
